  • Manage a portfolio of projects/programs/products for IT Operations & Finance Platform
  • Provide to the Management an accurate visibility on activity to drive arbitration and anticipate decisions on projects, staffing and budget
  • Follow the progress of projects (actuals, ETC, planning/milestones and risks), programs, products in your Portfolio
  • Provide KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Deliver and share with Management an accurate overview of your portfolio
  • Support users and project managers on tools and processes
  • Foster standardization & harmonization of ITBM processes, for Operations & Finance community, involving actors of major Transformation programs (NEO)
  • Promote new ways of working by supporting teams in agile and product management
  • Provide analysis and ad-hoc reports to teams and management if needed
  • Facilitate implementation of ITBM initiatives led by the Group
  • Ensure data quality in our PPM tools
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact, proactive and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
  • 3 years of experience at least on a similar function
  • Previous working relationships with Group/Zone/Business platforms IT teams, Business stakeholders and Finance teams
  • Transversal management experience
  • Solid background in project management, using traditional methods and Agile approach, product management awareness

  • Rigorous approach
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent communication skills (even with Management Comitee)
  • Robust organizational and time management skills
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Strong team spirit
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • PPM tools (ServiceNow is a plus)
  • Microsoft Office applications -- Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
  • Reporting tools (Power BI, …)
LANGUAGE
  • Fluent in French
  • English (Spoken and Written)
