- Leading and executing transformation projects within the Risk & Compliance department to improve processes, systems, and policies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance risk management and compliance practices.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of transformation initiatives to senior management.
- Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process.
- Approximately 7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related fields.
- Experience in consultancy firm can be a plus.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Energetic, team player, and able to multi-task.
- Proven experience in driving transformation initiatives within a complex organisational environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
