
Key Account Manager - Hunter

- Collaborate with management to define and execute revenue growth strategies.
- Identify, target, and secure new customers to expand the company's footprint.
- Develop tailored business plans for strategic accounts and oversee their execution.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client requests and needs.
- Organize and lead client meetings, steering committees, and strategic reviews.
- Schedule and lead prospecting meetings with new and existing accounts.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and respond to RFPs/tenders.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals in alignment with company targets.
- Support contract drafting and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products, solutions, and services on time and to quality standards.
- Work closely with partners and industry networks to strengthen our market presence.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce experience a plus) and produce clear reports on commercial activity.
- Native French and advanced English (written and spoken).
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years in B2B sales, ideally within the electronic payments industry.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions, market trends, competitive landscape, and industry challenges.
- Proven track record in complex, long-cycle sales environments.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and prospecting skills with the ability to break into new markets.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, leadership, and diplomacy.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities, comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is an asset.
