We are looking for an Order Process Management Specialist based in France to cover the French Territory.
In this role, you will be responsable for provinding the sales team with administrative support and enhances the efficiency of the sales process between the organization and its customers.Grow with us - Your ResponsabilitiesWork with both clients and departments within the organization to ensure client orders, delivery slips and invoices are processed correctly and on-timeCoordinate with commercial operations and financial colleagues to handle purchase orders, track customer orders, etc.Coordinate with customers, agents or other departments on logistics services requests (e.g. correct shipment, returns, unblocking of order in finance department) and maintain records on systemsCheck delivery times with internal departments and headquartersMaintain and ensure accuracy of contract terms, agreements and related documentsGuarantee invoice verification and generate and distribute customer reports and service billingsAssist in customer payment arrangements with finance departmentTake responsibility for the registration and follow up of all integrated solution leads and opportunitiesProcess sales and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on timeUpdate key products end user listManage requests for technical documentation and quotation for customersDevelop and execute analytical tools for CRM and SAP based reports and develop statistical sales reportsIdentify new tenders and complete tender documents with supervision (tender management)Provide reports on various topics, e.g. customer complaints on loss / delaysWhat will convince usAcademic degree in business administration or similarMinimum 2-3 years of work experience in customer service or order processing departmentReporting skillsService and detail orientatedSolid understanding of product and service portfolioSolid understanding of early stage drug development and more specifically experience of working with large molecules and biosimilars is desirableGood communication and teamworking skillsProven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP and any field management softwareFluent in EnglishAbout SartoriusSartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
