As part of the Estée Lauder EMEA Marketing team, the intern will be responsible to support strategic decisions and campaign executions for the brand in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa + India): On your respective category and supporting your Marketing Manager you will: - Conduct market analysis, pricing, trend, and competitive reviews, including category deep-dives and strategic recommendations. - Analyze KCI, CRM, brand.com, and competitor data to refine consumer profiles. - Support the definition and execution of the Marketing Calendar, including New Product Launches and Consumer Marketing Activations throughout the year. - Work on the End-to-End product launch process from forecast to execution. - Track campaign performance, update trackers, analyze KPIs, and prepare launch and campaign recaps for Top Management. - Assist in preparing presentations and materials for international meetings, including Marketing Manager Meetings and competitive pricing reviews. - Organize meetings, manage agendas, track attendance, and ensure follow-ups. - Act as the key marketing contact for all the affiliates, providing campaign assets and ensuring brand consistency. Internal - Provide copy for newsletters, CRM, and online activations, aligning with brand messaging. - Strong interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, with a passion for marketing and consumer trends. - English fluency. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
