- Monitor the use of the office in order to keep a warm work atmosphere
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees
- Lead small initiatives to improve office management
- Support the implementation of Health and safety initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers concerning office needs
- Coordinate the reception activities as being the first contact point for the receptionist(s)
