
HR Advisor - Performance & Development H/F

- Responsible for the deployment of workshops, webinars and other communication towards line managers and employees of the engagement, performance & development processes in France and the French speaking area (eg: performance management, engagement surveys both annual and monthly, succession management)
- Support HRBPs' activities on the deployment of the people agenda, including collaboration on the design and delivery of trainings and facilitation of development workshops in Region Europe.
- Provide efficient support to employees and managers with their inquiries about the use of engagement tools, learning and performance management systems in order to leverage them in career development and succession planning processes.
- Focus on continuous improvement by contributing to shaping performance and engagement initiatives, collaborating with regional HR to implement them across Europe, including cross-border collaboration and best practice sharing.
- Drive and facilitate the digitalization and centralization of learning data tracking efforts.

- Relevant degree-level education (L&D, HR etc.) and minumum 5 years work experience in HR
- Demonstrated proficiency in performance and development processes, employee surveys, performance reviews, competency management.
- Training and workshop facilitation expertise, gained in-person and in virtual environments.
- Fluent in English and French, both verbal and written communication (additional language is a plus)
- Strong networking, teaming and communication skills developed at least partially in a virtual environment.
- Strong analytical aptitude and experience in people data anlytics.
- Proven experience in working with Learning Management Systems as a supersuser.
- Customer-focused problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with GDPR regulations and HR compliance standards.
