Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:Sales Performance Monitoring & Strategic Insights
  • Expand the breath and speed of deep-dive analyses on performance & activity and provide actionable recommendations to meet growth expectations
  • Deliver bi-monthly perspectives on performance and activity levels highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to EU Top Management.
  • Ensure transparency on the execution and impact of key global initiatives and campaigns
Business planning & Key customers excellence processes
  • Support the Business Operations Director in managing the Cycle Planning process, providing guidance, tools and recommendations to build efficient plans across the region
  • Coordinate the Sales Incentive Planning for commercial roles, including objective-setting guidance, affiliate alignment and follow-up with Global Finance
  • Lead the Customer Mapping process ensuring consistent customer and center's segmentation across markets, accurate qualification in CRM, and effective use in tailoring customer engagement strategies
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of all agreed framework within the defined timelines and systems.
Revenue Planning
  • Support the Business Operations Director in revenue planning and scenario analysis.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models for regular financial exercises.
  • Assess key assumptions in country submissions, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to C-level deliverables on sales outlooks for key assets.
Analytics-Driven Transparency & Dashboard Enablement
  • Leverage advanced analytics and data visualization to bring end-to-end transparency, sharpen focus, and maximize execution impact
  • Integrate data from CRM, Digital platforms, Sales systems, and third-party sources to deliver actionable insights
  • Standardize data collection and empower affiliates with intuitive tools to drive customer excellence
  • Collaborate with Digital, IT, and local teams to ensure timely enablement and adoption
  • Foster a data-driven culture and ensure full use of dashboards to support high-performing teams
Affiliate Engagement & Operational Alignment
  • Drive the agenda of regular meetings with country Business Analysts.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities and coordinate key Business Operations activities across EU affiliates.
  • Promote adoption of frameworks related to launch excellence and operational best practices.
QualificationsSkills and Experience :
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends and derive actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, particularly C-Level presentation skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership and mixed teams from country managers to business analysts, product managers and medical teams
  • Preferred - Experience working in healthcare or fast-moving consumer products industries
  • Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness approaches and development of omni-channel evolution across customer facing teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Advanced excel skills / market modelling. Experience in data visualization ideally PowerBI and Qliksense
  • Knowledge of Veeva/Vault CRM
  • Proficient in English both speaking and writing.
