- Co-ordinate the advertising, attraction, screening and selection processes for the Field Sales Consultants programme.
- Manage 3rd party platforms and partnerships to maximize sourcing and attraction of consultants
- Collaborate and work closely with the Territory Managers to ensure regional recruitment strategies are achieved.
- Maintain smooth flow of admin throughout the recruitment process e.g. communication to stakeholders, candidates, HR, etc.
- Diary Management - schedule interviews and coordinate communications between candidates and territory managers.
- Support with document management, e.g., creating offer letters, contracts and manage the administrative tasks for onboarding Consultants including proof of ID and myPOS account set ups.
- Coordinate all recruitment touch-points focusing on reducing time to hire while maintaining quality.
- Contribute to the Employer Brand for the Consultant Programme ensuring an accurate EVP and candidate experience.
- Assist with other ad-hoc recruiting projects and initiatives.
- High-volume recruitment experience or proven experience of end-to-end recruitment in an in-house recruitment position.
- Experience in a fast-paced innovative company, working nationally.
- Hands-on experience with ATS.
- A master of organizational skills - with hawk-eye attention to details and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Ability to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset, eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
