The job is located at Le Trait, Normandy, France.   • Lead and execute the Site Performance Roadmap, driving strategic initiatives and performance breakthroughs
  • Spearhead digital transformation through Smart Factory solutions implementation, including AI and data analytics
  • Drive operational excellence through SMS 2.0 ecosystem deployment and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage site performance governance and KPIs across Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation dimensions
  • Lead the development and execution of the Site Digital Roadmap
  • Build and develop a high-performing OpEx and Digital team
  • Oversee master data governance and analytical capabilities deployment
About youExperience:
  • Proven track record in driving performance improvement initiatives in manufacturing
  • Experience with smart manufacturing technologies and digital solutions implementation
  • Soft and technical skills:
  • Strong leadership experience in operational excellence and digital transformation
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced project management expertise
Education:
  • Engineer or pharmacist or Master degree in sciences or equivalent
Languages:
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • French is a must
