
Territory and Key Account Manager

- Participate in the development of sales policy for your market and implement it in the area for which you are responsible: North and East of France
- Implement the sales policy defined by the company (products, promotions, customer offer, etc.)
- Manage the distributor's sales force (training, information meetings, accompanied tours)
- Be responsible for achieving the sales targets set for your market and any other products
- To achieve budgetary turnover and margin targets, while ensuring compliance with the sales policy and customer satisfaction
- Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects in the markets or products for which you are responsible (from negotiation to collection)
- Manage monitoring and developing sales with the key account customers assigned to it
- Supervise the sales promoters in your area in terms of their duties and organization (accompanied tours, planning, sales priorities, feedback from the field, events, etc.)
- Identify profitable business development opportunities (products, services, market share) while preserving margins
- Competitors analysis and reporting
- Manage disputes
- Work with other company departments
- 2 years higher education in Business or equivalent professional experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience on similar positions in automotive industry
- PC Literacy
- French with a level of English enables to communicate with the Group
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to manage priorities
- Sense of customer service, communication & ability to put forward the proposal
