MAIN DUTIESAs part of the Global IMC team and under the supervision of the Global Partnership manager, you will be in charge of the execution of the Global Partnership strategy, with the objective of co-building our global brands, optimize the efficiency and the return on investment. To do so, you will support the local marketing teams on a daily basis - being their operational key contact. Finally, you will work with the ecosystem of partners and agencies to ensure the perfect orchestration of the partnerships strategies roll-out.Your mains missions are:
  • Drive the global partnership activation executionfor countries and brands
  • Drive the external ecosystem (agencies, …) and partners (Disney, …) to ensure operational excellence
  • Support global brands in implementingtheir partnership activation plan
  • Co-build and deploy global guidelines both for global brands and countries
  • Monitor the partnerships activation plan performances through smart dashboard and regular reports
  • Prospect all the market opportunities in terms of partnerships that can fuel the Bel brands strategies
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIESDeploy impactful brands activations
  • Co-develop global partnership activations and drive operational excellence execution for countries and global brands in an integrated way
  • Ensure each country receive the good level of strategic support and the proper resources from the local subsidiaries of the agency ecosystem (Providence x Herculès, Publicis)
  • Track & monitor the global partnership activation performances through dedicated dashboards
  • Support and advice countries on their local partner activation
Coordinate the external ecosystem
  • Coordinate the key Bel strategic external partnerships actors (Disney, Universal…) and manage the operational relation on a daily basis
  • Animate the external agencies ecosystem and ensure that they collaborate transversally
  • Prospect all the external opportunities that can fuel the Bel brands strategies
Coordinate the internal stakeholders
  • Mobilize & collaborate with the global internal stakeholders involved in the Partnership strategy (global IMC, Global Brands, Countries, Legal, Procurement, OOH & Licensing)
  • Support and guide the countries on the implementation of the Global Partnership strategy and performance and efficiency of the media plans
  • Manage transversality & coordinate inputs from stakeholders
PROFILE
  • +3 years of experience in brand and project management, with an advertiser and/or an agencies background
  • Passionate and curious about marketing, brands and entertainment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • International experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and French
