
Strategic Account Executive - Spanish Market

- Identify and target high-potential accounts and merchants based in France;
- Develop tailored prospecting plans informed by market trends and customer requirements;
- Team up with Marketing, the Business Development Team, Partner team, Product and the management team to guarantee for new customers to choose Lengow.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes: from discovery calls to product demos, negotiations, and contract signings;
- Experience in winning RFx (RFI and RFP) is mandatory : ability to orchestrate internal collaboration, facilitate top notch responses, highly-anchored positioning and impactful presentations
- Showcase Lengow's platform and its product offerings as a strategic solution to customers' e-commerce challenges, addressing pain points, and delivering measurable ROI;
- Exceed individual sales KPIs, including lead-to-deal conversion rates and revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, positioning Lengow as their preferred e-commerce partner;
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio to drive recurring revenue growth.
- Ability to give visibility to the Board with accurate forecasting
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM;
- Analyse monthly performance reports, highlighting progress, key wins, and areas for improvement;
- Provide insights to the leadership team to refine sales strategies and market approaches.

- Shadowing client facing interactions of other Account Executives, BDR and CSM
- The second month: Ramp up
- Pitch Lengow and run a presentation (based on Sales deck)
- Run a demo of Lengow's solutions

- Sales Expertise:
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or e-commerce sales with a focus on new business acquisition;
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, shopping feeds, price intelligence and advertising platforms;
- Experience working with retailers, brands, or digital agencies is a strong plus.
- Communication & Relationship Building:
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex solutions and build trust with stakeholders;
- Ability to adapt your approach to engage C-level executives and technical teams alike.
- Native Spanish is mandatory, English is required and French is a must.
