- Work closely with inventors to carry out patent searches and formulate filing strategies
- Conduct patentability analysis
- Oversee the management and development of a specific patent portfolio
- Draft and prosecute patent applications on an international basis
- Carry out patent validity analyses and conduct Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) studies
- Handle invalidity actions to be submitted before patent offices
- Contributing to the drafting of IP-related agreements
- Fully qualified as a European Patent Attorney (additional qualifications would be a plus)
- Master Degree/Engineer in med-tech (imaging systems, acoustic / electronic / physics…)
- Practice in both patent law firm & industry is a plus
