
Responsable Support technique / Technical Service Manager

- In synergy with our sales and technical teams, you will help to generate new sales by identifying new project opportunities and defining technical client solutions
- You use your in-depth technical knowledge to promote our products to customers in collaboration with the sales representative
- You are our voice at the customers in order to resolve technical issues and guide customers on the right choice of product
- You coordinate the activities of the application lab team in Make-up and Hair coloration, ensuring:
- development of formula needed to promote our NPD's
- new formula development to meet new trends, Sensient planned special events, sales kits
- customer and technical event preparation
- You keep yourself up-to-date on new technologies, regulations and competitive environments
- Academic degree in chemistry science
- Proven, in-depth experience in applied technology, technical sales or laboratory experience (15 years minimum)
- Face to face interaction with customers is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written skills
- A strong solution-oriented mindset, completed by strong prioritization skills
