  • Adhere to IMS and all applicable international laws and regulations
  • Carry out all duties in compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethical policies
  • Develop and present a continuous performance improvement plan that will be periodically reviewed and reported.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
  • Collaborate with the superintendent to coordinate repair services as required
  • Monitor, oversee, and facilitate all fleet projects
  • Maintain up-to-date records for the weekly fleet operations meeting
  • Provide administrative support to the fleet
  • Create and manage project plans, including timelines with project-specific milestones and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop and deliver regular performance reviews through presentations and effective communication
  • Aid the fleet in gathering vessel data on specific topics and preparing reports
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
  • Graduated from a Master's degree in naval architecture or engineering
  • 1 year experience in technical domain such as but not limited to naval architecture, ship management, ship repair or shipbuilding
  • Interested in Project management, good written and oral communication in English. French is a plus
