RINA is looking for an Oil & Gas subsea Engineering Coordinator with specific experience in subsea risers and flexibles engineering and installation. The engineer will be part of an engineering review team working in Paris for one year. Main tasks will be:
  • Support the Work Package Manager and engineering manager in the management of all technical discussions and documentation with the subcontractor;
  • Assisting the Work Package Manager in managing the subcontractor's scope of work;
  • Ensure effective documentation management and control, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes;
  • Ensuring technical cooperation in the team and with contractors in order to expedite the interface and documentation closure;
  • Managing meetings and documentation status reports including progress status and identification of areas of concern;
  • Support the follow up of Contractor's scope of supply (Risers and Flowlines) delivery schedule and fabrication yards.
A background in coordinating subsea engineering design and installation, with focus on flexible risers and flowlines, and overall experience of 10 years is necessary to fulfill the role.The position will be permanently based in Paris at subcontractor's premises, and the duration is expected to be 1 year minimum.Applicants must have right to work in a permanent position in EU, we are unable to sponsor work visa for this position.#LI-FM1
