- Assurer un management transversal en étant responsable des processus de vente et de l'optimisation des ventes à l'échelle mondiale,
- Pilotage de la performance (suivi des KPIs, analyse des résultats, mise en place de tableaux de bord),
- Gestion du pipeline & forecast (garantir la fiabilité des données, accompagner les équipes dans la prévision des ventes),
- Optimisation des processus commerciaux (simplifier et standardiser les méthodes de travail),
- Assurer l’adoption et la qualité du CRM,
- Support aux équipes de vente (fournir des outils, analyses et recommandations pour améliorer l’efficacité commerciale),
- Go-to-Market & Stratégie (contribuer à la définition de la couverture commerciale, segmentation clients, allocation des ressources),
- Compensation & Incentive (administrer les plans de commissionnement et assurer la transparence auprès des commerciaux).

- Prise en charge à 80% des abonnements mensuels ou annuels en train

This role will play a key part in driving operational excellence, optimizing sales processes, and leveraging data to improve decision-making.You will lead a regional team and collaborate closely with sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to enable sustainable growth in the mobility and smart city industry.How to make an impactSales Strategy & Execution: Align sales operations with business objectives, ensuring streamlined execution of growth initiatives in the mobility, parking, and smart city sectors.Process Optimization: Improve sales workflows, automation, and best practices to enhance productivity across B2B and B2G (Business-to-Government) sales channels.CRM & Data Management: Oversee Salesforce foir Europe (or other CRM platforms) to ensure data integrity, pipeline visibility, and actionable insights for leadership.Forecasting & Analytics: Develop and refine sales forecasting models, performance metrics, and pipeline tracking to improve revenue predictability.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts with market demands and customer needs.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Sales Operations team across multiple European markets.Change Management & Enablement: Drive the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and sales best practices across the organization.Few travels in USA and Europe will be planned.About you
- Master Degree/Bac +5 in business, management, or engineering (or equivalent),
- 10 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, financial planning and analysis, or consulting,
- International experiences are highly desirable,
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.),
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including cross-functional projects,
- English: bilingual level,
- French: advanced level,
- Soft skills required: excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
