- Variety. You want to escape from being the desk and travel to client sites. You want to veer off the track of Asset Manager and challenge yourself with solution integrations and data modeling.
- Exposure. You want to gain industry insights across multiple products as you work closely with your team, Sales, Marketing and major players in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

- Become an SME. You will develop a deep and broad understanding of the ARGUS Solutions in order to facilitate the adoption of these products. You will design business processes in partnership with the customers that highlight the features and advantages of the platform.
- Support the sales cycle. You will join pre-sales conversations to develop an understanding of customer's business requirements and collaborate with internal and external teams to design models, make onsite or remote product demonstrations. You will reply to client requests for information. You will provide marketing support for white papers, product videos, webinars and more.
- Build relationships. You will develop and manage strong internal and external relationships, collaborating with Altus business units on strategic accounts and with client services to properly position service deliverables in the sales process.
- Contribute to the product roadmap. You will work with the product management group to ensure the product development roadmap reflects our customers' priorities
- Travel. You will travel 40-50% of the time to customer sites, conferences, etc. as required to support the sales cycle.
- The experience. You have 2-4 years of experience in real estate, real estate software or real estate consulting in the following areas: enterprise system deployment, underwriting, asset management, portfolio management, valuations, investment management, or business intelligence.
- Native French speaker.
- The interactive client experience. You know how to elicit details and requirements, make presentations and generate documentation.
- The technical skills. Exposure to SQL and SSRS is a benefit. Experience with ARGUS Enterprise, ARGUS Voyanta or ARGUS Taliance will be considered an asset. You can quickly learn new software tools.
- The relationship building skills. You can foster trusting relationships with clients, traveling 40-50% of the time. You can collaborate with other parts of the business (sales, product management, development, etc.) to deliver outstanding customer service.
- The innovation. You have strong problem solving skills including an ability to think 'on your feet' when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment. You can quickly establish key facts and requirements so as to articulate the company and the value proposition of the software.
