- Manages the EMEA BDR teams, including quota attainment, business management and enablement
- Is part of the EMEA senior leadership team, responsible for her/his department's strategic planning and budgeting
- Leads and coaches the Business Developers by providing them guidelines to develop and implement pipeline generation strategies
- Works with her/his teams to create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans, allowing Mirakl to best address opportunities in geographies, products and market segments
- Works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, alliances and operations to develop and execute these lead generation plans
- Is accountable for EMEA Pipeline Generation Target, organized yearly territories and distributes targets to her/his teams
- Monitors business and productivity metrics, including weekly performance measurement and forecasts
- Maintains a strong understanding of products and services, and innovates new ways to serve businesses
- Is responsible for the enablement of the team to apply value selling techniques, and effectively showcase Mirakl's value proposition to prospects. Identifies and roll out new best practices coming from the field.
- Is proactive in searching for new innovative methods and tools in the B2B business development field particularly with AI
- Leads by example, participating to key marketing events and prospecting to identify opportunities
- Master's Degree or higher from a top university or Business School
- Ideally, 4+ years in managing a business development team in a SaaS/High Tech industry; eCommerce experience is a very nice to have
- Previous experience in a Sales and/or Business Development function, building and implementing Program management, Cadence & Metrics - you have done the role and can walk the talk
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing, inspiring, and retaining exceptional talent early in their sales careers
- Agile and flexible in a fast-paced environment with an inherent curiosity within and beyond their practice
- Strategic mindset and executive presence: compelling communicator, storyteller, and presenter, towards complex business topics
- Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of key trends and best practices
- Strong understanding of regional cultural landscapes
- Solid decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent language proficiency in French and English
