We are looking for a Senior Field Sales ManagerIn a nutshell: We're looking to expand ADP's client base in France and we need your help to do it. In sales, we're all about growing the France business and we know the future of ADP depends on hiring people who can make a difference hereSenior Field Sales RepresentativeThe sales responsibility of this role is for ADP's Digital, Sick Leave (Indemnités Journalieres) and HR solutions and services. The role embraces sales to existing customers with an employee size greater than 1000 employees. Sales cycles are of a 2 to 3 months period and Customer negotiation is likely to be with up to 3/4 people, depending on the organisation and structure of the customer. Territories include around 50 to 60 customers.KEY DUTIES/TASKS:
  • Create own business plan within overall territory.
  • Identify opportunity solution gaps and define contact strategy
  • Arrange customer appointments and undertake visits
  • Identify and, where possible, influence customer needs.
  • Work with pre sales / customer service when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs
  • Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution
  • Maintain chosen ADP data base management tool (Salesforce) and adhere to the current defined sales processes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum five years' service (process and solution) sales experience.
  • A preferred degree level qualification or equivalent
