- Drive territory revenue growth by enabling consultant success and executing targeted sales activity.
- Manage and grow a network of self-employed sales consultants within your assigned territory, providing day-to-day leadership, support, and direction.
- Deliver hands-on in-field coaching, training, and performance feedback to support consultant development.
- Support the onboarding and initial ramp-up of new consultants with active field presence.
- Foster team engagement through regular communication, encouragement, and recognition.
- Act as the main point of contact for consultant needs, guidance, and issue resolution.
- Guide consultants in planning their outreach and sales pipeline strategy.
- Organise and lead field days and team activation sessions.
- Maintain continuous feedback loops with the Territory Manager and Enablement Team.
- Assist Territory Managers in executing local sales strategies and activating regional commercial plans.
- Provide local market insights and data to help Territory Managers shape future decisions.
- Monitor and report on regional commercial activity, identifying areas of opportunity or underperformance.
- Collaborate on improvements to consultant enablement, sales tools, and retention initiatives.
- Contribute directly to the attraction and onboarding of new consultants through active networking and presence.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold company values across all field interactions.
