- Support the development of a personal client base by nurturing existing clients, introducing new ones, and leveraging referrals.
- Identify clienteling opportunities and actively animate their client portfolio.
- Communicate with clients using their preferred channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.) to maintain long-term loyalty.
- Offer personalized styling advice and introduce clients to new products and brands.
- Stay ahead of fashion trends and luxury industry developments.
- Attend brand trainings to continuously enhance product knowledge.
- Confidently suggest clothing and accessories that go beyond the client's usual choices.
- Prepare product selections tailored to each client's profile and needs.
- Assist in the coordination of appointments and ensure seamless logistics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles in the CRM system.
- Follow up after appointments with thank-you notes, or gifting ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., The Apartment, Partnership, Tourism, PR) to deliver an “Unreasonable Hospitality” experience.
- Provide regular feedback to the Personal Shopping Manager on client insights, product performance, and service quality.
- Suggest ideas for service improvement or client gifting initiatives throughout the year.
- Support the implementation of projects aligned with the Personal Shopping strategy.
- Be accountable for personal shopping targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Ensure all client activity is accurately recorded and reportable (quantitative and qualitative).
- Act as a brand ambassador both within and outside the village.
- Build respectful and collaborative relationships with colleagues and brand partners to promote the Personal Shopping service.Client Portfolio Management
- Collaborate with internal local & central teams (hospitality, retail, PR, partnership) to deliver seamless for BtoC, BtoB or brand awareness audience.
- Be one of the spokesperson for the department activations, brand events, and client-facing initiatives.

- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

- Has a network or existing local client list “Black Book” will be a plus
- Autonomy, precision, highly organized and initiative.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi etc.)are a plus.
- Degree in Fashion, Business, Luxury, or Customer Relations
- First experience in retail, fashion, or client services
- Eagerness to grow within a high-end retail environment
- Passion for people, beauty, detail, and excellence.
