You will oversee all stages of the recruitment process from A to Z for internships and apprendiceship programmes in the areas of Sales/Marketing or IT/Finance/CSR/Quality: briefings with managers, publishing job offers, sourcing & pre-selection, HR telephone interviews, recruitment follow-up & candidate feedback.You will also assist the Campus Manager with campus activities and be involved in the following tasks:
  • Participating in the skills development of our interns through information sessions throughout the internship, such as setting up HR workshops for students
  • Leading the community of interns/work-study students by organising various events (after-work gatherings, lunches, etc.)
  • Facilitate internal communication for interns and work-study students.
  • Participate in the deployment of our school relations strategy (school/university forums, school events, ambassador programme).
  • Participate in the deployment of actions aimed at diversity in the workplace (disability agreement, solidarity commitments, etc)
  • Participation in various projects Recruitment as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You are a student on a gap year or nearing the end of your studies.
  • You want to gain expertise in recruitment.
  • You are comfortable speaking and listening to your interlocutors (internal and external).
  • You are known for your rigour and organisational skills
  • You are proactive
  • You are comfortable speaking and writing in English
