Define and implement composite manufacturing equipment in order to support the industrialization of high-pressure vessels according to the New Energies business plan.
Supporl the plants WW regarding equipment installation & improvements, raw material handling, new constructions & extensions, utilities, TPM & maintenance, relative to high pressure vessel industrialization.ACTIVITIESActivity 1 : Define, specify, follow up and commission equipment related to composite vessel manufacturing
. Collect relevant information (lndustrial department, Customer Centre, Development team, Plant) leading to the definition of the required equipment
. provide CAPEX estimation to be included in the industrial quotations, yearly budget and 5 years Business Plan, in cooperation with the purchasing department
. Prepare the specifications of the needed equipment
. Participate to the choice of suppliers
. Organize follow up and commissioning of new equipment on site . lnclude lessons learned & safety audit conclusions in equtpment specificationsActivity 2 : Support plants with new capacity requirements, process improvements, training
. When needed, give specific plant support (installation of additional equipment, capacity increase, process issues and troubleshooting). Define & organize training on process and equipment topicsActivity 3 : React to crisis situations requiring dedicated support :
. Provide expertise support to sites in critical operational situation such as serious quality problems, potential field actions, machine efficiency issues threatening launch readiness or production capacity, and others as needed. Contribute to efficiency improvement action plans as needed. Provide hands-on help in order to solve most urgent issues. Operates according to the procedure/instructions and forms described in ISO 9001- ECE R110, EC R79 and ECE R134Activity 4: Adapt and develop industrial engineering tools to the composite manufacturing processes
. Adapt the PFIVIEA, DFM&A to the composite manufacturing processes (filament winding, material mixing and others)
