ALSP is currently responsible for the accounting and treasury activities of some forty subsidiaries of Air Liquide in France, operating in the various sectors in which the Group is present (Large Industries, Industrial Merchant, Electronics, Healthcare, Global Markets & Technologies, and also some Holding structures).ALSP has an organization centered on its internal customers (CFO, management control, HRD) who have a dedicated contact (a manager) in charge of customer relations within ALSP.Each manager relies on pooled skills centers for each type of expertise (General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll).How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Gestionnaire de PaieAu sein d’ALSP, dans une équipe de 15 personnes, sous la responsabilité de l’Adjoint du Responsable Paie, vous assurerez les fonctions de Gestionnaire de Paie.Are you a MATCH?A ce titre vous serez amené à prendre en charge les activités suivantes :
● Gestion des mouvements de personnel (embauches, mutations, départs)
● Gestion des variables de paie (absences, éléments variables, …)
● Gestion des saisies-arrêts
● Etablissement des attestations liées à la paie ( Attestation Pole emploi, maladie…)
● Gestion des évolutions au sein du poste (plan de promotion, part variable…)
● Contribuer au développement du Centre de Services Partagés par la rédaction de procédures et l’amélioration des process.
