Job Description Summary The Diagnostic Solution Expert will closely collaborate with the Project Manager, Informatics Specialist, Sales, Service, and other members of the Professional Services Team to complete a comprehensive project plan and ensure a smooth and efficient implementation at the customer site. The role focuses on solution implementation and optimization of lab processes and workflow by using various methods. An ideal candidate has the potential to support pre-sales activities, by crafting the ideal customer end-to-end solution, based on observations of customer workflows and needs.Leverage your microbiology knowledge and/or diagnostic laboratory experience and expertise in bacterial identification to design customized solutions that optimize lab processes and workflows.   • Understand customer needs and identify implementation risks.
  • Complete workflow-related implementation deliverables in alignment with planning agreements.
  • Conduct workshops to engage product end-users and prepare them for new work methods.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience during implementation and debut.
  • Configure and test the BD Kiestra™ Lab Automation solution, including BD Synapsys™, to fit the customer’s laboratory setting.
  • Train key users, provide support during validation and debut, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvement engagements.
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Science, clinical, or a relevant technical area.
  • Proficient in both French and English
  • 3-5 Years Diagnostic laboratory experience and/or proven microbiology workflow knowledge
  • Basic understanding of IT architecture and knowledge of information/data management systems, including works with LIS. (Nice to have)
  • Willingness to travel within France and EMEA region at least 75% of the time.
  • Experienced in providing training, troubleshooting real-time issues, and comfortable working independently or as part of a diverse team with commercial foresight.
