- Form and reinforce the team rules and practices within an Agile team following in accordance with local context and agile methods.
- Introduce appropriate Scrum / Kanban frameworks and ceremonies.
- Facilitate the team’s progress towards self organisation.
- Helps the team understand key metrics such as Cycle Time and Throughput, so that can see the effect of impediments and improvements
- Builds high-performing teams, by focusing on the team dynamics and performance
- Coordinates with other teams and helps the team build relationships with their peers,
- Diagnose the agile maturity of teams and the organization.
- Co-construct tailored support plans (coaching, mentoring, training).
- Promote agile values and principles at all levels of the organization.
- Measure the impact of coaching actions (KPIs, feedback, retrospectives).
- Maintain and improve tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
Kanban, and Lean.- A track record of leading great teams, with significant experience managing business stakeholders and a tireless approach to building effective working relationships.- A thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and the e-commerce
environment, with a broad interest in technology.- Imagination and creativity to solve problems, and work with teams to analyse the root causes of issues.- A passion for coaching individuals and teams to get the best out of people.- Emerging areas of interest outside of their agile teams, for example facilitating
