Since 1978, our Group has been constantly growing and innovating to offer its customers increasingly efficient maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions. Driven by a strong desire to design ever more effective solutions to serve a world in motion, the Group launched CMA CGM AIR CARGO in 2021, thereby expanding its transport and logistics offering. It has also recently grown with the acquisition of the Belgian company "Air Belgium."Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777Fs), it will be further reinforced with eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, making CMA CGM AIR CARGO the launch operator of this new aircraft. Moreover, thanks to support from a partner, AIR CARGO now operates on the transpacific route with two additional B777Fs that we own.RESPONSABILITIES :Working within the Network & Revenue Management department based in Marseilles (France), you will part of the Pricing & Revenue Management (PRM) team that is in charge of managing the flight capacity, defining the pricing policies and optimizing the revenues. You will most specifically oversee the business system aspects supporting the PRM activities and processes.Business Systems and ToolingBe a key business user of PRM systemsReview and propose improvement or new requirement to enhance the PRM process efficiencyLiaise with the supplier(s) or our Business IT department about bug or new feature testingProduce support for internal business communication about PRM related featuresWrite PRM processes and coordinate with all internal stakeholdersParticipate in business specifications and third-party system benchmarkingTake part in co-building activities with internal teams and/or external providersPerformance & ReportingLiaise with the BI Team for Datawarehouse structural business-related improvementsBuild and/or maintain in autonomy some PRM reports in our Group reporting platformCoordinate business specifications for new reports and existing reports enhancementBuild and/or maintain other offline reportsProjectInitiate and lead other transversal projects related to reporting and process/tool improvements, in close collaboration with IT, Network and Commercial departments.PRM Day-to-DayProvide support whenever needed to the PRM team for the day-to-day activities (prices definition, CMS setup, capacity management, market analysis)SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Computer ScienceAwareness of air cargo or pricing domain is a plusMinimum 5 years' experience with systems development and/or data driven reporting toolsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Proactivity and attention to detail is a must haveProficiency in English language (both spoken and written) - Bulats B2 level or equivalentContribute to the development of the aviation sector within a globally recognized maritime group by applying and joining the CMA CGM AIR CARGO team !
