- Prospecting for new customers
- Set up a prospecting plan for a defined area in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Identify key business influencers and establish relevant strategic partnerships
- Competitive intelligence
- Attend events, trade fairs and industry gatherings to enhance the company's visibility
- Consolidate the portfolio
- Manage a portfolio of active customers through regular contact, relationship-building and key accounts
- Ensure the renewal of rental contracts, seeking to maximize their duration
- Optimize contract parameters (duration, margin, ROI), while considering historical business relationships
- Analyze incoming requests, assess their relevance and conduct a “GO/NO GO” decision process with the support of the Sales Director and other departments
- Management of key projects
- Contribute to long-term strategic projects in collaboration with general management and other departments
- Preserve the brand image
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships
- Propose customer loyalty initiatives
- Optimize contracts and technical solutions in close collaboration with the Operations and Rail departments
- Facilitate dispute resolution (claims, payment issues) with the involved departments
You have…
- At least 5 year's experience in the industrial sector
- Very strong command of English and a second language (German or any other language relevant for the scope). French would be a plus.
- Negotiation and networking skills
- Winning spirit, responsiveness, dynamism, perseverance, critical thinking, curiosity and customer orientation
- Office tools and CRM software
- Willingness to travel frequently (50% of your time spent in the field), with a monthly trip to the company's headquarters in France.
