  • Support IT operations and provide technical assistance to colleagues in multiple locations.
  • Learn to manage and troubleshoot company networks, IT infrastructure, and hardware devices.
  • Assist in system administration for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and key operating systems.
  • Participate in the deployment, upgrade, and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Support the implementation of best practices for IT security and compliance with data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with multinational, cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure IT solutions.
  • Contribute to IT projects and initiatives under the guidance of experienced IT professionals.
  • Analyze and assist in the resolution of technical incidents, maintaining accurate records in line with SLAs.
  • Engage in continuous learning to develop technical skills and knowledge.
Your profile:
  • Recent graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Interest in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Keen interest in cloud-based solutions and platforms such as Microsoft 365.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT compliance is an asset.
  • Logical thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in multinational, cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Initiative and motivation to learn new technologies and processes.
