
HR Digital Payroll Application Manager

- Understand HR, legal, and financial requirements related to payroll.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Anticipate and plan for regulatory changes (e.g., tax laws, labor regulations).
- Collect and analyze business needs from HR and payroll teams.
- Lead the design, enhancement, and rollout of payroll system features (in-house or SaaS).
- Oversee integrations with other systems: HRIS, time management, ERP, Travel etc.
- Collaborate with:
- HR Operations & Payroll Experts
- Legal/Compliance teams
- IT teams
- External payroll vendors (e.g, ADP, SAP, Workday, SDWorx)
- Ensure proper alignment between business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Guarantee that payroll operations comply with national/local laws and internal policies.
- Define and monitor quality KPIs: payroll accuracy, on-time delivery, error rates.
- Support internal and external audits and controls when required.
- Design overall support Model for Payroll Solution and Integrations maintenance and operational continuity
- Handle escalations, incidents, be in charge of L2 and L3 support and coordiante with all IT teams involved in Payroll processing and Payroll integrations
- Gather user feedback to enhance the product and improve user experience.
- Maintain product documentation and training materials.
- Master's degree in computer science or information technology.
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in payroll systems and Digital organizations including 5+ years of experience on global HR topics.
- Experience in Payroll system implementation including data migration and payroll interface setup
- Agile product delivery experience
- Excellent communication and very strong customer-oriented mindset
- Experience with IT Run processes, standards (ITIL) and tools (ITSM)
- Ability to handle interfaces with senior leadership in high pressure environments
- Authority & ability to drive consensus & to achieve decisions with senior stakeholders
- Strong experience and Business knowledge with payroll processes
- Proactive, quality minded, tempered, synthetic and positive approach on all issues
- Team and process-oriented spirit
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French & English
- Ability to travel abroad
- Experience in Personal data management
- Multiple experiences of HR Payroll projects delivery, related to various HR / Payroll processes, with Waterfall and Agile standards
- Seasoned knowledge with HR applications, Cloud and On-premises Operations, brings a solid methodology on Run standards and processes and strong dedication to support our Business partners
- Be a quick learner on new systems and technologies and a positive and innovative mindset.
- Experience with IT applications management, vendors relationship and financial management.

- Data centric architecture and operations definition, experience with Master Data
- Experience as a Solution Lead or Functional / Technical Consultant
- Solid IT background including Infrastructure and CyberSecurity aspects (Active Directory, Office365, hosting, connectivity, CyberSecurity standards…)
- Experience in Compliance audit and with principal IT standards (SOC1, SOC2, ISO27001)
- Experience with BI architecture and technologies
- Experience working within HR departments, and HR processes
- Azure DevOps experience for work scheduling.
