- Clinical Study Monitoring: You'll ensure the smooth progression of our clinical trials. This involves regular site visits to investigative centers, rigorous source data verification, and guaranteeing full compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and current regulations.
- Quality Assurance & Control: You'll be the guardian of data integrity and quality. Your role will be critical in identifying and resolving any non-conformities to maintain the highest standards.
- Key Project Contribution: You'll actively contribute to our primary clinical research initiatives, which include complex interventional, randomized, and multi-centric studies, as well as significant observational registers. While diverse, these core projects will form a substantial part of your work.
- Frequent Travel: Be ready for regular and significant travel across France (approximately 30% of your working time).

- Proven Clinical Research Experience: You must have at least 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Language Fluency: Fluent French and English (both written and spoken) are non-negotiable due to our internal documentation and international collaborations. German language skills would be a significant asset but not mandatory.
- Autonomy & Proactivity: You're a self-starter, capable of managing your responsibilities independently and taking initiative to ensure project success.
- Rigor & Organization: You're known for your meticulous attention to detail and your ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You'll primarily interact with our Customer Success (CS) team and potentially with the sales team.
