This role is crucial for deploying data methodologies, standards, and governance practices across business domains, while supporting adoption within operational teams. This role acts as a bridge between data strategy and business execution, ensuring that data foundations are effectively implemented, used, and continuously improved.In Business Transformation Shipping Lines department, reporting to the Head of Data, you will work closely with the various Shipping Lines departments (operations and cargo flow, commercial, agencies network…), Data Leaders (Data Governance, Data science and BI) and other stakeholders to foster a data-driven culture.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management (PMO, agile methods, or transformation programs) with ability to translate business needs into data requirements (without being a technical delivery role).
- Deep expertise of data governance, data management, data visualization, big data technologies, analytics and AI technologies.
- Excellent change management skills, able to drive adoption across non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake)
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Methodology and standards consistently adopted across business domains.
- Increased data readiness (completeness, availability, integration) measurable through dashboards.
- Business teams are autonomous in applying data practices to their use cases.
- Strong alignment between strategic data priorities and operational adoption.
