Your leadership and experience will be key to support the project manager in the execution of the programWho You Are:You are a structured and organized project experience person committed on deliveries and capable of leading a group of people toward a common objective.. You thrive in collaborative environments, are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and can effectively communicate in both English and cross-functional teams. You enjoy providing structure and clarity in high-impact programs and are confident using Project Management digital tool and processes.What You'll Do:You will be in charge of all the missions and tasks delegated to the Project Management Office and in particular management of
  • Planning, milestones and interdependencies
  • Risk and Opportunities
  • Key Project Indicators (KPIs)
  • Internal and external review preparations
You will be also in charge of maintaining a database of the key information of the program (Cost, programmatic, progress) and associated communication packYou will also facilitation of the finance processesYou will be in charge of ensuring the proper application of key corporate processes like Export Control, data governance and configurationThe PMO is at the heart of the program execution and is composed of a small team of 2 to 3 people that you will coordinateIn some occasions you may be asked to deputize the project managerYou will work in the environment of the IRIS2 consortium with other partners and will make sure that the Eutelsat contribution in the overall project management is benchmarkedWhat You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong awareness on key processes and tasks as described above
  • Leadership to drive and coordinate a team of various skills, companies
  • Experience in Project Management digital tools
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Availability in Issy les Moulineaux with regular travels to Toulouse.
