- Lead the identification, design, development, and delivery of internal solutions to automate the accounting partners management funnel and eliminate manual workflows
- Identify high-impact problems within the accounting channel and craft solutions that maximize value while minimizing operational costs
- Orchestrate cross-functional efforts between Engineering, Ops, Business teams, and Senior Management to drive value generation and move the needle through innovation
- Lead the development of an essential and ambitious internal solution that can change the way we work with third parties: a partner relationship management solution.
- Take full ownership of the accountant channel roadmap, working autonomously with a wide range of stakeholders: sales, marketers, PMs, country managers, senior leadership…
- Be hands-on: craft POC solutions, manipulate data, create AI agents, work side by side with sales and channel managers, fix broken windows...
- You'll be working on a key and strategic channel that still operates like a startup within Qonto - meaning huge potential for impact and unlimited opportunities to drive change through cutting-edge innovation

- Growth & Technical Background: You have experience in growth-focused roles with technical acumen - you're comfortable "getting your hands dirty" and love understanding how systems work
- Product Manager mindset: You love to research and understand the true roots of customers' problems with savviness and methodology. You're extremely customer-focused, data-driven, humble in your approach, and passionate about solving real-life problems through scalable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You have proven experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You excel at identifying high-impact problems and designing solutions that balance value creation with resource constraints, thinking both short and long-term
