
Maintenance Technician

- Is responsible for the availability of the workshop's tools and production resources,
- Carry out corrective, and preventive maintenance operations in accordance with safety, quality, time and cost rules,
- Is responsible for reporting safety risks, quality deviations, and observed malfunctions,
- Takes charge of and follows up all the requests for intervention that are assigned to him/her,
- Records the intervention reports in the CMMS database,
- Updates the CMMS by integrating all necessary and useful information (diagrams, ranges, technical data, schematics, etc.),
- Intervenes while respecting safety, quality, time and cost objectives
- Ensures daily regulatory compliance of equipment and tools,
- Reports on its activity to the maintenance manager,
- Ensures the support of subcontracted service providers,
- Collaborates actively in the daily tasks of the maintenance department
- Actively supports the production workshop in the completion and development of operations, as well as in its overall approach to continuous improvement (operational excellence),
- Ensures troubleshooting interventions on the entire workshop perimeter (networks, machines, tools) in order to ensure the availability of the equipment for production,
- Carry out breakdown diagnostics and implement permanent countermeasures to eradicate any occurrence,
- Participates in the construction of the preventive planning and carries out the associated interventions.
- BAC Pro Maintenance BAC +2, BTS MAI
- Experience in a maintenance department of 3 years
- Possibility of working shifted hours or on call.
- Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics
- Electrical clearance,
- CACES would be a plus
- Ability to adapt to change

- Ability to work in a multi-technical maintenance environment

- Est responsable de la disponibilité des outils et moyens de production de l'atelier,
- Realise des opérations de maintenance curatives, correctives, préventives conformement aux règles Sécurites, Qualité, Delai et Coûts,
- Est responsable de faire remonter Jes risques sécurité, écarts qualité, dysfonctionnements constates,
- Prend en charge et suit toutes Jes demandes d'intervention qui lui etant affectées,
- Enregistre les compte rendus d'intervention dans la base GMAO,
- Met à jour la GMAO en y integrant toutes informations nécessaires et utiles (schemas, gammes, données techniques,
- schemas...),
- lntervient en respectant les objectifs Sécurité, Qualité, Délais et de coûts
- Assure quotidiennement la conformite réglementaire des équipements et outillages,
- Rend compte de son activité au responsable maintenance,
- Assure l'accompagnement de prestataires intervenant en sous-traitance,
- Collabore activement aux taches quotidiennes du service Maintenance
- Supporte activement l'atelier de production dans l'accomplissement et le developpement des opérations, ainsi que dans sa demarche globale d'amélioration continue (operational excellence).
- Assure les interventions de dépannages sur l'ensemble du perimetre atelier (reseaux, machines, outillages) dans le but d'assurer la disponibilite de l'equipement pour la production,
- Réalise les diagnostiques de pannes et met en place des contre-mesures perennes pour eradiquer toute occurrence,
- Participe à la construction du planning préventif et realise les interventions associées.

- Experience au sein d'un service de maintenance de 3 ans
- Possibilité de travailler en horaires decalés ou en astreinte.
- Connaissance électricité, hydraulique, pneumatique, mécanique
- Habilitations électriques,
- CACES serait un plus
