As a Senior Consultant, you will lead IAM workstreams and guide OEs through IAM TOM transformations, enhancements, and compliance efforts You are expected to apply deep subject matter knowledge and consulting skills to solve complex IAM challenges across the business units and geographies.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IAM assessments, maturity evaluations, and target operating model implementation approach
- Design and deliver scalable and compliant IAM processes, collaborating with technical architects and security teams
- Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and communications across functional teams
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development and offerings
- Support the definition and rollout of Allianz global IAM initiatives aligned with regulatory and group objectives
- Support in shaping the structure of AZC and AZS IAM service offerings, defining clear scope, value, and delivery expectations
- Develop reusable tools, templates, and onboarding materials to streamline service adoption
- Engage with the clients and other stakeholders to promote IAM service offerings
- Gather feedback from OEs and translate it into actionable service improvements
- 4+ years of experience in IAM, information security, or risk advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of IAM tools (eg, SailPoint, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, GIAM, GPAM) and industry standards (eg, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects or workstreams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (eg, CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications) are a plus
