– Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the team's activities.
– Prepare, maintain, and present recruitment reports and dashboards, including monitoring and presenting KPIs.
– Manage contract follow-up and maintain relationships with external partners such as job posting platforms and other recruitment service providers.
– Publish and promote job opportunities across multiple channels to maximize visibility.
– Provide hands-on support in various stages of the recruitment process.
– Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment of interns.
– Manage and track recruitment-related requests and tickets to ensure timely resolutionExpected skills and experience :
– At least 5 years of experience in recruitment – Must have
– Reporting skills – Must have
– Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and clear data visualization) – Must have
– Priorities management – Must haveLanguage requirements :
– Dutch – Verbal and written communication skills – Must have
– French – Verbal and written communication skills – Must Have
