Job Description:You join the Expert Models & Advisory (EMA) team as a senior analyst in charge of internal client/counterparty rating methodologies. You work mainly on the corporate perimeter and specialized financing. The team operates in a very stimulating environment, in which exchanges with risk experts and the front office are nourished and permanent.On a daily basis, you are responsible for:
  • Conducting the redesign/review/recalibration exercises within the scope of the scoring methodologies and improvement of internal models in compliance with the modeling guidelines;
  • Discuss with the front office business lines as part of the development of rating methods, but also questions of application of the methodology;
  • Draft summary documents for users and internal/external supervisory bodies and contribute to updating the procedures for the rating system;
  • Present the methodological reviews to the validation committees both within Natixis and Groupe BPCE and, where appropriate, to the supervisory bodies;
  • Participate in the operational insertion of developed models/calibrations and regulatory monitoring on rating topics;
  • Organize training for Group credit and business analysts on new versions of methodologies.
