You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.You'll play a critical role in defining and validating adhesive bonding joints at the site level, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (e.g., designers, project managers, and R&D teams), support the development of adhesive bonding solutions, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of supporting designers in defining adhesive bonding joints while considering industrial constraints, but also suggesting improvements and innovations to enhance processes and solutions.We’ll look to you for:Supporting designers in defining adhesive bonding joints in alignment with project requirements and industrial constraintsProposing improvements and evolutions for adhesive bonding joint selection and engineering processesSuggesting and contributing to R&D innovationsEnsuring the application of Metier standards at the site levelCollaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutionsMaintaining a customer-focused approach to ensure project successAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
