
EHS Lead - Manufacturing (f/m/d)

- Education: A Master's Degree in EHS, Engineering, or a relevant field and a track record of continued professional development.
- Experience: Prior experience in EHS in a technical manufacturing environment (preferably chemical) with warehousing or distribution experience preferred. Experienced internal auditor (ISO:45001 & ISO:14001) with an understanding of ISO:9001 requirements.
- Technical training with Human Factors, Process Safety (HAZOP, LOPA, 61511/08, Atex)

- Ensure site compliance with local and organizational EHS policies.
- Collaborate with the EHS Manager France to develop a safety-focused improvement strategy.
- Act as the EHS SME for internal Change Management (MoC).
- Lead EHS aspects of project management and service provider contracts.
- Monitor regulatory changes and manage mandatory reporting (e.g., GIDAF, PGS, Water agency, Avantor).
- Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation using reporting systems.
- Lead process safety evaluations with operations and engineering teams.
- Implement and mature human factors risk analysis.
- Coordinate operational risk assessments (DU, JSA, routine/non-routine tasks).
- Review and align Emergency Response Plans (POI) with best practices.
- Manage Environmental Authorization Files (DAE).
- Oversee industrial hygiene, exposure monitoring, and risk control strategies.
- Coordinate internal audits for ISO 45001 and 14001.
- Lead preparation of the Annual Prevention Program (PAPRIPACT).
- Manage and develop direct reports.
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Oversee EHS training delivery and conduct training needs analysis.
