You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our systems by addressing Earthing and Bonding (E&B) and stray current challenges. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Consortium Partners, civil work partners, and third-party stakeholders), develop technical documentation, and conduct site measurements and analysis, among other responsibilities.You'll specifically take care of identifying and mitigating potential E&B and stray current risks, but also contribute to the development of robust technical solutions and standards.We'll look to you for:Detecting and addressing potential E&B and stray current issues early in the project lifecycleSupporting the Technical Project Manager with E&B and stray current expertiseIdentifying E&B and stray current interfaces and ensuring alignment with stakeholdersIssuing and maintaining principle documents and calculation notesConducting on-site measurements (e.g., earth resistivity, earth electrode, track-to-earth insulation)Choosing and justifying mitigation measures (e.g., E&B, corrosion by stray current, lightning, return circuit)Preparing high-quality technical documentation, including specifications, test procedures, and reportsApplying E&B and stray current standards and fulfilling compliance matricesSupporting the Quality team in verifying proper implementation of E&B rulesEnsuring adherence to submittal schedules and relevant processes, methods, and toolsSharing lessons learned and best practices from previous projectsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
