  • Support the project in collaboration with the development teams (external/internal, main developers and porting companies)
  • Support the project in collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, QA, Localization, Release Management, Engineering, Printed Materials, Operations, etc.)
  • Support the project in collaboration with other subsidiaries of Bandai Namco group: BNEI, BNEA, BNE Asia for worldwide released titles
  • Support the creation and maintenance of detailed schedule in collaboration with all teams involved on the project
  • Support the milestone review and approval process
  • Support the creation and maintenance of reporting on the project
  • Support the financial tracking of the project: production costs, payments, budget tracking, landing, P&L, liaise with Finance if requested by his/her hierarchical supervisor
  • Coordinate and track activities and assets to ensure that project tasks are completed on time
  • Support to identify risks and the impact on projects and keep scope of the project in line with budget and schedule
  • Support to identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and quality
  • Co-ordinate the build process and delivery of versions to QA, Localization, PR and rating agencies
  • Support the management of EMEA ratings and questionnaires in coordination with QA and local offices and make sure that other regions are on track for their ratings in the scope of a worldwide release
  • Support the expertise for development teams on upcoming projects or concepts, positioning, age target and adaptation to European market
  • Provide technical support to Marketing, liaise with studios for Marketing builds
Profil
  • At least 5 years of industry experience including previous experience as Associate Producer with significant responsibilities and on released titles
  • Experience coordinating product development efforts with functional teams, such as Engineering, Localization, Printed Materials, Quality Assurance, Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing, throughout a complete production cycle and across multiple studios
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, design, engineering, or related discipline required.
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very strong initiative with a desire to learn and be challenged

  • Adequate knowledge of the various technologies used in the video games development (3D environment, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of product development and production cycle
  • Excellent knowledge of consoles, video games genres and their market
  • Strong project management practices and software including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
