- Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality photos and videos for various platforms and media.
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and special projects.
- Project Management:
- Plan, organize, and supervise shooting and photography sessions.
- Coordinate with various internal teams (marketing, communication, product) to ensure that the content meets strategic objectives.
- Editing and Post-Production:
- Film, edit, and produce videos and photos using professional equipment and software.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality of the produced content.
- Social Media Management:
- Collaborate with the social media team to optimize visual content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Documentation and Archiving:
- Maintain an organized library of all produced visual content.
- Ensure the updating and availability of content for different teams.
- Competitive Intelligence and Trends:
- Monitor trends and innovations in the field of visual content production.
- Propose new and innovative ideas to improve our visual content.
- Degree in communication, marketing, audiovisual production, or a related field.
- A first experience in photo and video content production, preferably in a marketing or communication environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and photo retouching software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- Knowledge of shooting and photography techniques.
- Knowledge of site platforms such as WordPress would be a plus.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into attractive visual content.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and understand their needs.
- Ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in English and preferably French. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
