Through the CMA CGM Foundation, the Group acts in humanitarian crises that require an emergency response by mobilizing the Group's shipping and logistics expertise to bring humanitarian supplies around the world.Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located.YOUR ROLETo support the HR strategy by making advanced use of employee data, by analysing, reporting and monitoring headcount according to precise rules, and by managing the HR budget and forecast using Workday's Adaptive Planning tool.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?HR analysis and reporting
- Collecting, structuring and analysing HR data (performance, turnover, absenteeism, commitment, diversity, internal mobility, etc.) to identify trends and levers for improvement
- Designing and distributing clear dashboards and reports for HR teams and management to facilitate decision-making
- Developing predictive models to anticipate risks (departures, skills requirements) and optimise talent management
- Ensuring accurate monitoring of the employee headcount by applying the counting rules defined by the company (e.g. distinction between permanent and temporary staff, full-time/part-time, integration/exclusion of trainees or temporary staff)
- Guaranteeing the reliability and consistency of the headcount data used for HR reporting and planning, in collaboration with the HRIS and payroll teams
- Providing detailed analyses of the headcount structure, incoming/outgoing movements, and projected trends
- Managing the construction, monitoring and updating of the HR budget and forecasts in collaboration with the finance and HR teams
- Using Workday's Adaptive Planning tool to automate and make more reliable the HR budgeting and forecasting processes, by integrating analytical data from HR systems
- Ensuring consistency between HR analytical data and financial projections in order to anticipate the impact on headcount, salary costs and development plans
- Working closely with operational HR, IT, finance and strategy teams to align analysis and forecasts with business objectives
- Ensuring the quality, security and confidentiality of the data processed, in compliance with GDPR regulations and good data governance practice
- Helping teams to develop their skills in analytical and planning tools
- Master's degree in finance, business control, statistics, data science, human resources or equivalent
- Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in HR data analysis, budget management and forecasting, ideally using Workday's Adaptive Planning tool or equivalent software
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R) and HRIS solutions
- In-depth knowledge of HR issues, key indicators and budgetary processes.
- Analytical mindset, rigour, ability to explain complex data in simple terms and to work cross-functionally
- Sense of confidentiality and respect for data protection standards
