- Protect Operations interests, ensure any change requests that will impact hotel Operations are analyzed carefully, and impacts and risks are evaluated appropriately.
- Follow the principal SOP and any adjustment(s) that may be required due to a system change.
- Participate in deployment of success measurement practice. Contribute with other work streams on survey designs, deployment, evaluation and reaction to content and feedback.
- Perform follow-up call interviews, site visits, and carefully document and debrief outputs. Engage and maintain tracking until issues and challenges are resolved.
- Work and frequently engage intently with all areas of the project to ensure awareness and provide risk, dependencies, and overall input to the program team on behalf of Operations - Be the Operations’ voice.
- Attend and learn the entire installation process during - be 100% familiar with every step of the hotels’ Change Management journey.
- Attend and learn OPERA Cloud to an Operational proficiency level at the front desk of a hotel.
- Attend rollout meetings as the Operations process subject matter expert to assist deployment engineers and participants with the Accor knowledge set for process and hotel Operations adjustment. Support hotels on every step of the deployment.
- Assist the Change Management Team in creating and executing compelling content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, videos) that inspires and motivates people to participate in the program.
- Assist Oracle in review and constant evaluation of fit-for-purpose training and educational initiatives to help program participants maximize their learning experience and reach their targets.
- Provide regular updates to program streams on progress and provide relevant feedback, as necessary.
- Travel extensively on occasion to support hotels during cutover.
- Highly experienced in hotel Operations.
- Proven track record in Change projects in hotel Operations.
- Experience in problem solving and challenge mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – fluent English is essential, plus another local language depending on the location.
- A subject matter expert in at least one core discipline of hotel management, these areas are, but not limited to: front office, revenue management, finance and accounts receivables, F&B, housekeeping, guest services, HR, and training.
- Experience with OPERA Cloud or OPERA V5 preferable.
- Experience with FOLS ideal, but not necessary.
- Familiarity with hotel technology and applications essential.
- Strong customer care skills, ability to deal with multiple workstreams simultaneously and ability to manage multiple challenges simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
