What is the mission ?We are looking for a 6-month Intern as Operational Marketing Product Manager to join our Fragrance division for Export markets (Scandinavia, Central/Eastern Europe, Mediterranean, & Africa).
As part of the Export Marketing team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of 360° marketing activations, ensuring the successful roll-out of launches and seasonal campaigns across international markets.What are the main responsibilities ?Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Support with forecast analysis and reporting on seasonal launches.
  • Contribute to Wholesale (WHS) monthly analysis by market and by line.
  • Participate in post-launch performance analysis and reporting.
Brand Communication & Launch Coordination
  • Process, consolidate, and communicate information from brands to markets.
  • Coordinate launch packages with Marketing & Expert Teams to ensure timely availability of assets and guidelines for new launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Rework and adapt the newsletters received from brand holders and share it with the markets.
360° Market Activation & Operational Support
  • Support the team in implementing 360° market activations and daily requests.
  • Update trade plans from markets to reflect local activations.
  • Coordinate with Expert Teams on export communication plans.
  • Support PR project execution (events, influencer lists, paid collaborations).
  • Assist with project roll-outs including PR events, e-events, influencer collaborations, and media initiatives.
Competitive Analysis & Autonomous Project
  • Deliver monthly reports on competitor best practices in fragrance, with a special focus on e-retail visibility.
  • Lead an autonomous project during the internship (to be defined according to team priorities).
What we are looking for
  • Fluent English (excellent writing and presentation skills required).
  • French is a plus.
  • Master's 2 degree (final year / end of studies).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle data and synthesize insights.
  • Previous experience in the cosmetics or luxury industry is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for working in an international environment
