- You have the global ownership of Policy's / Procedures / SOP's for Workplace Central Services activities.

- You find solutions and support the local prevention service to have a safe environment.
- You share and learn from best practices across the Workplace MT.
- You contribute actively with the Workplace Leader/ Workplace Director/ Workplace Head to the implementation of the Group Workplace Strategy.
- You have a good understanding of the Euroclear Risk Management framework.
- You control executors on SICA controls summarized as: Health & safety, GDPR requirements, CSDR requirements, BIA/BCP, Cost management (building and workspace)
- You supply, maintain, improve and manage Euroclear offices in a way that is in compliance with the law and regulation by monitoring all local legal control requirements.
- You represent Workplace Environmental responsibilities under the ESG Strategy of the group
- You meet the SLA's between the local management and Workplace ESA (HQ).
- You act as Business Resilience Manager. You are the entry point for the Business Resilience Leader for the business resilience from your countries. You ensure information and processes are up-to-date for all key activities in Workplace and well known by the whole Workplace team in your country. In case of crisis, you make the link between Workplace and other divisions, involving the various relevant Workplace Managers.
- As Business Continuity Coordinator (BCC), you coordinate the BIA process for Workplace in your country. You ensure the BIA is up-to-date and well known by the Workplace' team in your country.When there is no prevention service appointed, you act as the 'Health and Safety Manager' role for the Offices, including responsible person for Fire Safety Order.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- You supervise and train facility employees and externals as needed.
- You support the Workplace Manager(s) and Workplace Officer(s).SUPPLIERS MANAGEMENT
- You are in charge of all Workplace contracts at country level together with Supply Chain. This includes, defining KPI's, monitoring the performance, controlling the costs and execution and looking at synergies to contain our cost effectively.
- You perform the mandatory CSDR requirements for the critical service providers (yearly risk assessment, quarterly reporting, performance monitoring;, report to the OSC,…).
- You communicate and keep a good relationship with suppliers.
- You ensure contractor companies comply with the requirements of hygiene, sanitation and security requirements during work.PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- You are owner of complex projects including planning a variety of works (cleaning, maintenance, repairing, renovation, refurbishment work, renovation project) and overseeing the project from authorisation to completion, budget ranging with ad hoc management interaction.
- You ensure the projects meet the budgeted amount and required standards.
- You conduct snagging inspections and report the details for necessary follow ups.Your ProfileTechnical Skills
- O365 MS Office and collaboration tools (advanced)

- Language ENG/FR mandatory, NL is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles within workplace operations, asset management
- Solid understanding of Facility Management. While an engineering degree is not mandatory, the candidate should possess an "engineer" mindset to effectively oversee both soft (services) and hard (technical maintenance) aspects of the building.
- Demonstrated success in navigating organisational dynamics and building cross-functional partnerships that enhance collaboration and decision-making.
- Proven ability to step back from operational detail to shape strategic direction, aligning initiatives with long-term organisational goals.
